Low lvl guild!

Hey pplz!
I'm making a guild for "noobs" or people who are new to the game or low lvl.
I find it EXTREMELY hard for low lvls to enter a guild so this guild will start them of low level but when they are higher lvl....they can leave and join a high lvl guild! There are some strange "requierments" for this guild:
~You must be lvl 30- (30 or lower)
~Must know SOME about the game.(no super noobs)
~You must be willing to work with low lvls
