I had a question on how you guys integrate the user accounts. It's easy to integrate website and vBulletin user db tables and everything, but are your website/vB accounts also integrated with the game? Or do users have to register a totally new Game account? If it IS integrated in such a way, may I inquire how that's done? If it's done manually, then I won't ask further.
My reason for asking this is that I'm on an MMORPG development team with a community of over 70,000 users which is growing everyday. We're looking into a possible site/vB to Game integration. Thanks in advance for any information that you can or cannot give me.

No. You have to sign up seperately. And the correct term is called "server bridgeing" (dunno if the "e" is meant to be in that word).
And the reason why we don't have it, is because if we did and someone got banned on the forums. They would be banned in-game as well.
In short. There is no way, no.
Have a good think about it before you do.
There are almost no benefits and loads of bad reasons.

Yeah, you sign up on the game, and its auto copyed to the forums, Although this does present a security risk

Indeed, the in-game account is the same as the forum account. Which does fail for various reasons. So is better to change pass every now and then, just for the sake of it. Also, it’s a good reason for not misbehaving so much on the forums, it would suck to be banned from here right when the OB begins xd
