like title says, which skill does unconscious to your enemy and at what lvl do you get it, also what class, wiz or warlock? What is the CD, duration, cast time.

Mesmerize: "puts the target to sleep"

CD- 40secs (-12sec if max empower)
Duration: 20sec (+9 sec if max buff time)
instant cast

it says, put the target out of battle, what does that mean? can u still attack your enemy when u used this skill?

U can attack it, but it will inmediately wake up, sleep is just a defensive skill to recover time (waiting for another cooldowns), or if ure getting ganged u can sleep one and attack another...u can also put clerics to sleep so they cant heal their party. These are the main functions of this skill.

thanks. I thought you can put them to sleep for 29 sec and still keep attacking, that would be cheating. lol
