Need opinions badly for fighter^_^

Ok im going for a fighter that is a DD but has some health atleast...
so i was thinking of this...
2:1 str/end until lvl 20
then from there ill go all str
and were spri equips
and add dex here and there wen i think i need it...also ill add 1 end per 5th lvl

and for skills should i increase stuns lasting time and then save up for power hit?

plz tell me wat u think

SPI equipment doesn't add to crit chance, better get SPI up with free stats at cost of END or STR and use non-SPI rings
Dex is probably least useful of the 4, imo its safe to forget it

Skills
Devastate - 1 dmg, 1 sp , 5 duration , 5 cool down (in future 5 dmg, 5 sp)
Power HIt - 1 dmg, 1 sp , 5 duration , 5 cool down (in future 5 dmg, 5 sp)
Vitality - 5 duration & 5 cool down

What the above guy says is good, but I'd reeeally say not to do anything to sp comsumption. Especially as a DD. Use those points to increase the damage or cooldown time of some other skill/s. In the end it won't cost that much more money and it'll make you more effective as DD.
