server connection failure repeatedly

i am having the game continuously have a server connection so i cant connect to the game my firewall was always down so this has nothing to do with it i dont know what the problem is i have windows vista its not compatible with all games but it still works fine what am i to do :( :confused:

I'm having exactly the same problem. It logs me in just fine, but the minute the game window opens it gives me a message saying "connection to servers has failed".

Unfortunately you are having trouble connecting to our log in servers. There may be an issue with your Internet speed caused by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). I would suggest trying to connect at another time, and/or contacting your network administrator/ISP to make sure that your Internet connection is working properly. Also, you should check on the following and be sure that you are:

1. You are not accessing via a proxy
2. Your Internet connection is stable and consistent
3. Any firewall(s) you are running are disabled

We are well aware of the numerous connection issues reported by users regarding logging in since the most recent patch. If you are receiving the “412 Error,” it means that your username/password failed; OR that you are running an old unsupported closed beta. I assure you that we are currently looking into the matter.
