Kingdom Quests?

So I'm only a level 12, I just started a week ago and haven't been on much. So I want to complete the first Kingdom Quest, but every time I sign up for one, it says "Cannot find the Kingdom Quest."

You can only join on Recruit Time when it's not full yet. So once recruit time starts you need to click participate fast before 15 other people joined. The message "Cannot find the Kingdom Quest" means you either didn't select any or the one you selected was On Schedule.
