Error(10061, 'Connection refused')

k, so i re-downloaded this thing twice now, n its still won't go. it gives me the screen that you get when you aren't hooked up to the internet. so below the login spot, there is an error that reads

"Error connecting to update server: (10061, 'Conection refused')

then it says

See the logfile 'C:\Program Files\Outspark\Launcher\outspark.exe.log' for details

whats this? what update? i'm running 1.2.64, the newest version off your website, right? i need some help here, it looks like it just don't know how to connect to the internet. i'm running windows xp, n the work offline is NOT checked, so what else could it be? my firewall? i don't know if this helps you at all, but i searched my computer for the logfile n came up with this;

well, i'm not so sure what happened, but now it works! here's what i did, n now i'm "good to go" like a crunch wrap supreme from taco bell!

1) restart your computer, mine was bogged down, from the download, especially since i did it twice.

2) double check your fire wall, it seems like an unlikely symptom, but it played a roll in my problem too.

3)be patient with the patches, there was like 7 quick ones on my particular issue, so just let it do it's thing before you try anything else.

heii i already restart my computer and than i checked my fire wall...thats should be off or on???i dont understand what u mean.have u another solution?

You may be having trouble with the new Outspark Launcher patching. If this is the case, you can manually install it with this link:

im just using proxy cap,for change ip so i can play,im used for25 this proxy cap...i cannot play china server,i cannot read and speak china language.im just studying at china.so GM play help me,so i can play again This server,im played for 2 month ago,have lv 51 fighter Badak_keren,master guild PaRaDiZe bijou server is a new guild,and i bought a lot sparkchase for fun.....But now..all losed so sad :(
please GM GM,HELP ME PLEASE,I want play AGAIN,i love fiesta and GM staf :D
