I want to render my account innactive and get a new account with the e-mail address that i'm using right now. I really hope that I can do this xD

This is what It said:

Outspark accounts are never deleted due to security and book keeping reasons. However, you can request to set the status of your account to inactive. This status is similar to a blocked account but you can request to have it reactivated at any time. To request a change to your account status, simply open a ticket here and include the following information:



1.Spark ID of the account you wish to edit.
2.Email associated with this Spark ID.
3.Reason for request.
Once we have your information, we will flag your account inactive.


the only thing is that I don't know how to get to a ticket
