computer always shuts down!!!

everytime i open the item or production skills window or try to sell/buy items my computer suddenly shuts down if i click on one of the items... it really sucks, because i can't buy potions or healing stones! please help!

u know wat really helped me ok befor u go to the game click start then go to Accessories then go to system tools then go to disk defrag and go through that it will speed up your computer
