The server is very slow I live in Israel and the video card is very good then what the problem? I play in the games of network that in United States like mu and this is not slow me please will solve this problem. Here )is( picture this just get stucks and after 3 minutes this moves a little.

i got no problem with the servers really so it can't be that, from what you said about the game freezing up, can be many thing that might make it do that
check you got lastest graphic card drives,directX 9c(i think),check nothing running in the background that you don't really need, restart pc before playing,if your sharing the connection, make sure they not causing the lag(if it is lag),try reinstalling, defrag the hard drive(was told it might help),make sure you graphic card not over heating(this happened to me when the fan stopped working)

Sorry about that! I'm not really that great at this kind of stuff, but maybe you should re-install/Downlaod it again? :confused: Maybe your computer was being weird at the time you were downloading it. Give it a try, it might work. ;)
