I've read about the enhancment effects so I know the basics, but this is where I'm confused...
I've enhanced my 1 handed sword to a +10 and their is no effect yet.
Am I doing something wrong? Am I obviously missing something?

Enhancement are only +9, i am sure you are talking about something else.

Yeah, last time I checked, they can only get up to +9

Elure 1-3
Lix 4-6
Xir 7-9

But, I could be wrong, not sure if the special weapon drops from the BOSS monsters can get higher, I doubt. I don't upgrade often, I don't like spending 17s or more for a new weapon each time it breaks.

To be more detailed I'll display the sword itself.

Broad Sword(+4)
Class: Fighter or higher
Required Level: 15
Item Level: 1
Weapon Type: One Handed Sword

Dmg: 19-33(+10)
Aim:50
Critical Rate:3%
Attack Rate: 1.1 sec

The +10 I talk about is from everytime I successfully enhance my item which is shown next to the 'Dmg'

Like justin101 Said ( you have Upgraded your Sword to +4)

Should give a Pink Kinda Glow (Pink Signs on your sword) :P

Ah, I understand now. Thanks a lot to you all for the answers =)

I know why now I couldn't see it, the sword I have already currently had a pinkish blade so when I enhanced it, it must of not made much a difference to the original color.

That's my guess, lol.
