Where do i go to level to 20? I've been fighting ratmen and boars for awhile and im 15.. now its just taking forever.. is there anything else i can kill for some more exp? :confused:

Try greed of seas. Kill elite pirates and other things there.

i normally gain 1 lvl just doing 1 run of KQ, inbetween i finsih off the normal quests or buy/sell stuff
but from when you can join a KQ, it's the best place to lvl i think, might even get a nice +6 weapon for your class too

Viper has it: KQs and normal quests (I do KQs till I do all three side quests): there's enough of both that you can get well past L20 without normal grinding (I did).
Grinding wise, head to Sea of Greed via Roumen to reach Boogys and mara pirates (which you should also have quests available for). Once those get easy, you can move to the northern section of Forest of Mist and have fun with the creatures there.
