I just became a Hawk Archer, and I assumed there would be new skills to be gotten. Are there level 20 skills, and if so, who do I see to get them?

Make sure to finish the level 20 shadow quest then go to the archer in Elderine and he will give you a quest for a new power. Do this, you will get nature's protection.

The Scout Master who you talk to for the skill quest will also sell you all of the archer skills.
