ok i have to leave in about 2 months so i figured i ask this early. how long can you not be active with out your account being deleted, or dose that happen at all?

Outspark does not delete accounts, even if they are inactive for a long period of time.
So if you leave for a year and come back your account will still be here.

ok thanks a bunch because i didnt want to keep training if it would get deleted.
