Lag in PvP?

So I just recently got back ingame, and went to go PvP like I do 99% of the time ingame. I was gone for a good 4 or 5 months, and I was wondering, has PvP always been this laggy? I'm constantly skipping around and really can't play correctly. My internet connection is fine, seeing as everything else on my comp runs normally.

Is this a bug? Server Issue? Personal Issue?

i don't get lag that much or at all usually sounds like a server or personal problem. as for the bugs/glitches they don't make you lag just die with little choice =D

It looks ok to me, but I do seem to get some lagginess since last night, could be just my connection prob.
