Could be servers down. i don't know i'm driving and on my phone. could be you need to restart comp. could be need to reinstall. but if servers are down threads will start popping up on that subject.

Also read up on the sticky threads on loging in. what browser you use. check firewall.

Sounds like a firewall is blocking it.

Does your comp meet all recommended game specs?
