I need help i have a computer problem

I just bought a new computer. i downloaded sos, i have a issue though, when i downloaded SoS my NIVIDA driver keeps crashing and recovering. i called the computer company and they said to get ahold of outspark, that it is a software issue, that the game has a coruppted file. Ive redolwnlaoded the game several times, all though it never has me got hrough the download screen on the O+ launcher, i ahve no clue what to do and out spark is so slow so can someone help me before i kill anoth aco by aoe and having my dirvier crash D;

I hope, Gms could make a new patch, since my error happened after the latest patch.

Contact a CSR, no matter how slow they are, they'll be more insightful than any of us.

First visit the website for the company that makes the graphics card and make sure you have the latest driver. Even new computers are usually one or two drivers behind. Make sure the windows is up-to-date. Then reinstall the game. If it still crashes then submit a ticket to OS and include any error messages you receive, your computer hardware information, what operating system you are running, ect.
