You can now access our Support page from any page on our site. Scroll to the bottom of any page and click on "Support". This will whisk you off to the wonderful world of Customer Support where you can:

- Search the Outspark Knowledge Base (FAQs) using one or more key words. Our goal here is to get the information you are looking for into your hands as quickly as possible so you can get back in the game. You do not need to be logged in to search the Knowledge Base.

- Send a ticket to our Support team. If you were unable to find the answer in our Knowledge Base or forums, the CSR team is here to help. Be sure you are logged in to your account, and click on Contact a CSR. Answer a few simple questions, and let us know how we can help you. The more information you can give us on the front end, the better we will be able to assist you.

- Check your ticket history or update an existing ticket by clicking on My History. You can also close a ticket if you already found the answer. You do need to be logged in to use this feature.
