Sparkcash

I logged on to the spark cash page. I see my ballance at the top but where there should be the purchase options there are only overlapped Paypal/patbycash Icons, a dozen or so tiled on top of eachother. :confused:
I refreshed, restarted, relogged and even tried a diff browser and nothing. I WANT THOSE NEW RED EYE!!! I can not figure this out!!


HELP!!
