I have no idea what's wrong, but you may want to check Fiesta Technical Support, Troubleshooting thread because many people are having the same log in issues ever since the servers were taken down the other day and the new patch was added. This thread is more for Gameplay, and what you need is Technical Support.

1.) make sure it isn't still patching.
2.) make sure your comp meets game requirements.
3.) turn off or allow Fiesta through if you are using a firewall ( Fiesta hates firewalls)
