Im looking for somehting on the page or anywhere where i can find all bosses and instances in the games. Can anyone help?

As far as i'm aware there isn't a complete list of all of those.
There was a rather detailed guide of Dragon's Tomb (at the time it was for 85+. However the mobs were nerfed, levels reduced, repeat quests were added, and now it's for 80-90.. unless further rebalancing is being done).
I can provide you with a brief list though.
20-50 Tower Of Iyazel
60-69 Crystal Castle
80-90 Dragon's Tomb
90-105 Leviathan's Nest
100-110 Secret Lab (technically the level cap is 105.. but I believe those are the level limits it states)
As far as bosses go I suppose it depends what you consider one to be.
The bosses for KQs (kinda like the instance dungeons) are King Slime, Mara (+Marlone), Robo, Giant Honneying, Mini Dragon, Great Spider (might be giant, not sure), King Kong Phino, Gordon Master, and The Anti-Henneath Alliance Head (unsure if she has a more specific title....).
There are many other types of "bosses" ex: like Karen, Helga, Ghost Slime, and the Zombie Kings.
