Can't speak

I was talking fine, until XxdunoxX started spamming invites and trades at me. He eventually left, after I reported him, but then I suddenly couldn't speak. I was talking to a very nice Kazue person, who was explaining something to me. But I couldn't respond to him. >< I couldn't talk in say, shout, anything..

I'll try resetting the game, but.. is there any issue about this I should know about?
