Healing someone who's fighting someone else? Yes

Well healing urself as cleric of course not but grouping with someone is teaming even if u don't help and that's that only way of healing someone else in pvp zones with few exceptions

I consider having a cleric in your party teaming even if he/she is not healing, you're getting buffs.
