I am having an error with the new patch installed on the game on 11/27/07, it says an error occur, see the following logfile:
C:\Program Files\Outspark\Launcher\outspark.exe.log
I checked the logfile on my computer and it says allot of things related to the patch and the following:
Unhandled exception in thread started by <function launcher_startup at 0x00B40130>
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "outspark.py", line 603, in launcher_startup
File "outspark.py", line 168, in update_app
File "outspark.py", line 300, in do_patch
File "outspark.py", line 329, in apply
IndexError: list index out of range...
There was more information, but I do not think putting it all requires the attention, but I did played the game yesterday 11/27/07, but I logged off at around 8:00pm PST[pacific time]. If I am correct the new patch arrived at 10:00pm, and due to this new patch the problem started and i cannot play the game since. I tried since 6:30pm of today 11/28/07 and I request some advice and some information on this matter because I wish to keep enjoying the game and not leaving it because of the problems I am recently having.
[PAST PROBLEMS]
-Buffer Overrun Detected
-Problem with logging in serves
-Problem with downloading game[had to download it 3 times]
-Problem with this new patch
-Problems with the "Log In" button[stays gray as if its not available]
Due to all this problems my thoughts and inspiration to play this new game have gone down and I do not wish to quit this game because of this recent problem. Please notify on this thread information to this matter and advice on what I should do to fix it. Thank you for your cooperation.
