Error logging in

I'm new to this whole fiesta game and I just downloaded it last night, but when I try to sign in on the outspark launcher, when I click 'login' a popup comes up that has these symbols upsidedown ?!.- when I click okay it does it again ?!.-2 but with a two this time. Was it a downloading error? Help would be muuuch appreciated (:

1) Your complete computer specifications including your Operating System, Video Card, RAM, and CPU
2) Your Internet Connection speed
3) A screenshot if possible of the error message
4) Your Outspark.exe log file attached to the email

By default, this file is located at

C:\Program Files\Outspark\Launcher\outspark.exe

If you for some reason are having difficulty with any of these items, just provide us with any partial information you can. Your information will help us locate the problem and solve the issue faster.
