Can anyone tell me why my luancher cannot connect to update server? it says Error connecting to update server (10104 ,'getaddrinfo failed') someone pls help me.

If you are having trouble with the new Outspark Launcher patching, you can manually install it with this link:

i did use outspark.com to download this game . But it got this error

Hey i used the manual patch but it didnt work for me . can u give me details of doing with the patch ? im afraid i did it wrongly .

Unfortunately you are having trouble connecting to our log in servers. There may be an issue with your Internet speed caused by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). I would suggest trying to connect at another time, and/or contacting your network administrator/ISP to make sure that your Internet connection is working properly. Also, you should check on the following and be sure that you are:
1. You are not accessing via a proxy
2. Your Internet connection is stable and consistent
3. Any firewall(s) you are running are disabled
We are well aware of the numerous connection issues reported by users regarding logging in since the most recent patch. I assure you that we are currently looking into the matter.
