No, it means it will never BREAK. It will still have the usual fail rate though, just your item won't vanish. xD

took me 50 red eyes and 20 blues to make my cg hammer +9, and a lot of SILVER for stones
is it worth it to u at lower levels? i am lvl 50 ;)
