Hi there I would like to ask some help regarding a certain lag problem. I just installed Fiesta this morning and I've tried playing it for three hours straight lol and it worked perfectly. I turned off the computer for a few hours and when I turned it on and got back to the game I noticed that whenever I start an attack or skill the character lags or sometimes freezes for a sec until you click it to another place and the power/skill releases too late. What should I do?

Game lag can be attributed to various things such as: your computer being below our system requirements (specifically your video card or RAM), an internet connection issue, or sometimes an in game bug.
First, you should check to make sure your computer is within our system requirements.
I have listed below the steps to find what type of graphics card you have, and also for future reference any other specific spec of your computer.
1. Press “Start”
2. Click “Run”
3. Type “DxDiag” and press enter
Once you have found this information, you should compare your specs to our minimum requirements to play which can be found here (http://www.outspark.com/fiesta/systemreqs).
If you think that your hardware is the cause of your in game lag, you can also use SHIFT+Z to hide all the other players. This should greatly improve frame rates and help within major cities when walking around.
Second, if your character is warping around the game or you see players moving rapidly, then stopping… you may have an internet connection issue.
Technically, there are packets of information being lost between your PC and our hosting servers. I would suggest making sure that your Internet Connection is working properly and also contacting your Internet Service Provider. Also, be sure that you are:
1. Not accessing via a proxy
2. Have a stable and consistent Internet Connection
3. Have any firewall(s) that you are running disabled
If you have tried all these suggestions and you are still encountering lag or some specific issue that is not mentioned, please email us at support@outspark.com with your computer specs, a possible screen shot of your issue, and your Internet Connection. We will then be able to help you further.
Thank you!!

Ok my question is also in regards to this, however its kind of weird becuase it happens at a particular time, let me explain
I usually log in around 2:00AM(HK/Phil time), and everything goes smoothly and flawlessly, until the clock hits 9:00am (HK/Phil time), the skills or movements lag, and players fastforward. the weird thing is these things happen consistently the minute the clock hits 9:00am, all my other online games dont give me this kind of problem, and quite frankly this is the first time i've enountered a problem like this, my IP connection is 500+ KBPS, I have a Gforce FX 6600 GC, no other program running no DL's and no firewall is turned on cos my PC is practically an open door, is there some kind of setting adjustment that I'm missing?, cos most of the times I have no choice but to log out at 9am, cos the lag is just terrible, and does the location of the server and my location matter?

I calculated the difference between your time zone and ours and it there does not seem to be any correlation between that specified time and our servers. Our peak times are generally during the times between 2AM and 8AM (HK/Phil Zone). Based on the information you provided, I don't believe your issue is due to hardware either as you meet our requirements.
Lately there have been a few unexpected latency issues with our hosting servers and they have been affecting users all over the world. I do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you and we are currently working to resolve these issues so that they will not continue to affect your game play. In the meantime, I ask that you please bear with us and I thank you for your patience.
