which is better the lvl 75 defect set or the lvl 75 blood set?

I'd say Defect for a PvPer and Blood for a PvEer.

I liked Defect hell better but for some reason back in the day I don't know if its the same everybody wanted Blood.

Ummm I am woman and I picked defect. That kinda finite thinking is why Trunks Pwned you with a level 1 1h weapon.

I'd say Defect if your a PvP person and Blood for PvE, but I use Defect for both so meh, personal tastes and empowerments really.

I prefer defect, immobilize has 8 sec cooldown, the damage adds up eventually

If you have put cooldown on Immobilize then Defect set works wonders.

I know this, what I mean is since it increases damage, by putting cooldown on Immobilize you can deal alot more overall damage during PvP match, or killing Bosses.

And yea you can reduce the cooldown, it's upto personal preference.
I emp'ed powerhit, Deva, Vit, and dmg on precise attack (instead of this i could have decreased CD for immo instead)
