Mez and teleport gone?(Lock&WizSkills)

i have a lvl 90 mage and recently went to AR and checked out the skill store. Warlock skill mez and Wiz skill teleport are no longer there! I just wanna know *** is going on...is this something cause of a recent patch or something about the class rebalancing and they took away those skills to try to make things "even" or am I just being dumb and cant find them?

mesmorize and teleport were never apart of the AR skill masters purchaseable skills. Mesmorize (sleep) and Blink (teleport) are the same as magic burst was at lvl 20, its either a "finish this quest to get the new skill" or purchased with fame at item merchant nina in elderine

oh ya...but im pretty sure i remember seeing a picture of them in the AR skills

They were never there in AR, always been acquired through a quest or from Nina in Elderine.
