Hi everybody, you may know me as Kris, Kres, or Windsparrow. I am now the Master of Deaths_Design, a non-PvP guild that is all about teamwork and helping in the community of Fiesta.

Now if you wish to apply to be in this guild, please read the Terms of Banning below, state the IGN of your character and the level and class of them as well. Also please include why you would like to join.

I am now working on my alternate characters Kris, Kres, and Arada (currently on Arada). I look forward to seeing you all.

Terms of Banning (ToB): If you KS or bot in anyway and are reported to me, there will be an investigation. If you are found guilty of KSing or botting you will be immediately banned from the guild and never let back in, unless you find some irrefutable proof that you are innocent. If you are found falsely accused you will be let off with a warning, but if you are accused enough you may be banned at my discretion. Also you will NOT be banned if there was no clear way to tell who got the first hit, or if you attack a mob that was not damaged but is attacking another player. Also KSing because you were KSed will still result in your banning, so try to control your temper. Also training with the intent to kill someone will get you banned as well at my discretion.

IMPORTANT EDIT!: The master of the guild is now Addiction_ so please refer to him for recruitment, while I am still an admin, he owns the guild. Also the ToB will remain unchanged until he tells me to make any changes or makes his own thread.

Hi I posted on your last Thread. I'm interested in joining a non pvp /warring guild. I'm not really into Pvp and I don't like the idea of being killed in shop mode should a guild war start. I'm just looking for a guild where I can make a close group of in game friends so I always have someone to party with if I want to. I'm not the most talkative due to my slower typing skills :(, but I do like to get in conversations. Also I'm very against KSing and i've played multiple MMORPG before and have been in many guilds before.

My IGN is Cyrus and i'm a lvl 31 Cleaver Fighter. I'm mostly a END/SPR tank but I have skills split up into other things as well. I can make all teir 1 scrolls and i'm high enough in skill to make teir 2 but havent tried yet.

My stats are split up as followed

STR +5
DEX +6
END +12
INT +1 (accident on my laptop, stupid scrolly mouse pad thing :()
SPR +12

I also have a lvl 16 cleric who is STR/SPR based.

no offense, but another guild can declare war on you when ever they want, even for no reason. Same thing is happening to our guild right now. we were told that we had 2 days to prepare for the war, reguardless of if we wanted the war or not... :(

No they cannot. When I created the guild I chose that it be unavailable for wars, meaning we can never war, and never be warred on.

While I only touch on it lightly, I do not approve of training for any reason, but since it is so hard to find evidence besides a confession of guilt, I can do little about it. Please be assured though if you are trained on with the intention of killing you, please bring it to my attention, and the person who trained on you will be dealt with.

Actually, get pictures of the person with the train behind them, then them around you, and more descriptively, them in different spots around you, with the mob then attacking you, and them still in the area, or having just suddenly vanished(if no gate is nearby). You may only touch on it lightly, but it's been said by the GM's that training=banhammer.
