Well so far I've been playing i met GM Dakkon, Steam, and mercod, and a couple of these characters that have CSR in their names. Who are they and what does it mean. Cretz has a GM bagde. I"m confused.



Also in alot of pictures I see people from the Closed Beta they have clothes that we can't wear yet in the open beta and having special pets that just came out in the open beta. Can someone explain this?

There's a GM Mercod? Or do you mean Murdock?

GMs are Game Masters. A CSR is a Customer Support Representative. CSR Cretz put together an FAQ thing about the differences in what they do here: http://www.outspark.com/forums/showthread.php?t=24363

As for your second question... I'm not sure what you mean, so I'll leave that to someone else to answer. ^^
