Ok So I've made a new Caharacter, but for some reason I can't shout. I tried typing /s the the messege. then I tried the lil button up top but that failed to work as well. anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

shout is off limits now untill you are over level 6, due to all the gold spammers.

and we are all "thanks" for that feature, else i can't imagine what would happen with all the players...

OK so yeah, I'm now lvl 7 and I still cannot use the shout feature.
