Can someone tell me which is the best server?

No one server is necessarily better than another. The main difference is age -- Apoline, Teva, and Bijou are the "old" servers, while Cypion and Legel are newer.

i actually want to know which server that has no mostly people and not less people..I want a server that has normal population.

well i belive bijou and appoline are the busiest servers, while epith and teva have the least traffic... dont quote me on that.. thats just my impression from the few years ive played
