Location: Hong kong
Anti-virus: AVG 7.5
Firewall: none

Error Message: "There was a a problem logging you in.
please check your email and password are correct.
(unauthorized:401)
Brief Description of crash or disconnect: that's all it says, I just reset my password and I am authorized for the closed beta, I just wanted to continue my game and can't =(
Just won't let me log in at all, and I know for a fact my username and password are correct. Also, I was just playing it a couple days ago, so obviously I'm 'authorized to participate' in the (open) beta. The part I don't get is the unknown error . Please help.:confused::confused:

I need to solve the problem! I now am unable to revise the password,because demonstrated my account is wrong, is account which does not exist!

I checked on your account and apparently you had never accepted the validation email link for your registered account and thus didn't have access for Fiesta. I enabled your access manually and you should now be able to log in normally.

Asked is what reason? How please tell me to solve?
