I would like to be a full support assist. What stat do I need to go up on? Any info is appreciated. I would like to know what acts as longer buff times, MP recovery rate, etc. Please, I am new and would like to play this game :)

For a 'full time' support role you need but one thing brother...SPR. This is all the rest of your party cares about. It would be handy to have some END in there to keep you from getting owned during those situations when your stuck with a moron tank who can't hold aggro and still hasn't learned Mock even though they are well past the level you can learn it....(you all know who you are, and should be ashamed of yourselve!:p) But thats all a full time supporter does...cast stuff...for which you need mana...which is given to you by SPR...Will also increase your magic defense...so if you raise your end and spr you will be able to take allot of hits and cast allot of heals. Btw, decrease sp consumption on heal to the maximum (five levels) then decrease cooldown by the maximum. Add a point to increase your defensive buff...the physical one, think its aid. And when you get it, maybe decrease the cooldown on invincible...idk if thats really worth it but I hear allot of clerics do that...I personally think its a waste but im not into full support. A good full support build 2:1 spr/end. And dont listen to the 'stop adding spr at 25 points' thing, your not adding it for critical your adding it to increase your mana points so you can cast heal over and over and over. The spr wont matter much at lower levels, but at higher levels it costs allot to cast invincible, heals, that regeneration one (forget the name), revs, buffs etc on multiple people. It can eat up your mana bar quick...I know since I dont do support when I team it eats my mana bar up quick, but I just pop a few mana stones and im good to go....

Which leads me to this...why go full support...you will be crippled in everything without a team. I have a 3:1 end/str build, I can support just fine...I pop allot of sp pots and stones, but I can still support, and when im on my own i can tank and deal damage well enough to grind with fighters in the same areas with no team. Plus your mana gets raised by that passive skill divine something or other. I haven't really regretted not adding to sp once, I am in fact glad that I did not because I enjoy the flexibility of being able to party just as well (I think better) as a full sp or sp/end cleric, and still be able to solo...just a thought
