Unable to Log In

Hi there,

I have just downloaded and installed Fiesta, after creating an account. However, each time I have tried to run the game client, I have been unable to log in.

When I run the game client, a command box pops up and the client then says "applying patch..." and it does not progress from there. I have left it to see if it only takes time to load, however, this does not work. When I then close the game, an error message appears, referring me to a log file. The error message is titled "Errors Occurred" and refers me to "outspark.exe.log" in the Launcher folder.

The outspark.exe.log file contains the following errors, for each of the times I have attempted to play:



Unhandled exception in thread started by <function launcher_startup at 0x00B3F230>
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "outspark.py", line 603, in launcher_startup
File "outspark.py", line 168, in update_app
File "outspark.py", line 300, in do_patch
File "outspark.py", line 329, in apply
IndexError: list index out of range

If anyone is able to provide me with assistance in solving this problem, that would be great! Thank you in advance,

i have the same reply. someone told me to go here http://www.outspark.com/forums/showthread.php?t=26658

and download the patch. but the link seems to be broken. try it and tell me if you're able to download it.

Aha - I found the link in that post and downloaded the file. I had no problems doing so, the link did not seem to be broken.

I'm going to install it now and see if that fixes my problem. Thanks again for the link :)

Edit: Woohoo! That update patch worked, problem solved! I am now away and playing :)
