ok so this is what happen... I bought elrue 1 production skills and i can make it but the lix 1 i cant because it says i need 200 skill levels? and also how can i get the elrue 2 because it say 1500 skill level needed and how can i see my skill level? Please help Thank you!

You have to make a bunch of T1 elrue before you are able to make lix. You get a few points for each stone you make. Two points per elrue, four per lix, and twelve per xir. T2 and higher give more points.
The fraction at the top of the production screen shows how many points you have. It will be like 10/12000 or however many points you have. Once you get to 200 points you can do the lix.
