Perfect Red Eye (Grade 2)

Hello, I have such problems enhancing items I mean breaking 200+ silver worth of items in one day and it made me quit... so I decided to spend money on Perfect Red Eye (Grade 2)
the discription of this item is "Decreases the failure rate by 100% when enhancing a lvl.2 equippable item. (10 Units)"

Now what does that sound like? To me it gave me the impression you would be 100% successful in enhancing your item, Is that what you thought too?

Well I was wrong I bought this item went into the game and used them and also used blessed stones and the enhancment still failed... Now can someone please explain why it would fail if the failure rate is decreased by 100%?

You know I am soo disapointed that I wasted hard earned cash on something that does not work, It is my reccomendation that you don't waste money on these!

i would say the way they worded that makes it ok. what my guess would be is that it just cuts the failure rate in half, but doesn't get rid of it. plus that would be a little unfair to people who cant afford those items, and if it did work 100% of the time, would destroy in-game value of items if anyone with some spare cash could make a +9 no problem for spending 2800 sparkcash pts. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is. You get what you pay for.

The only failure is in the wording. The wrong choice of words.

The Perfect Red reduces BREAKAGE by 100%

and The Perfect Blue reduces de-enhancement (ex: going from +5 to +4) by 100%

You will STILL FAIL at times trying to reach +9, until they release the middle stone which will increase the chances of it working each time its attempted at enhancing...

I sincerely apologize for any confusion caused by this item. We have received many responses from the community regarding it and I would like to clarify its purpose. We have now revised the text in the Fiesta Store regarding the item's description which now states:

Perfect Red Eye (Grade 2)
Decreases the breakage rate by 100% when enhancing a lvl.2 equippable item. (10 Units)

When enhancing an item, there are four possible outcomes; it fails, it degrades the level, breaks, or successfully upgrades. The Perfect Red Eye is designed only to prevent the 3rd possibility making it impossible to break when used properly. There are other scrolls in development that will help the success rate by certain percentages but we are still working out the details.
