1. What is the difference between Lucky and Blessed Elrue - or Lucky and Blessed, in general?

2. If I buy a Green weapon, IE - King Marlone's Heaven Hammer
and I try plussing it to +3, is there a chance of the weapon breaking?

Because if so, I'm not spending 30s to buy it... lol.

1) Lucky you have a chance of getting +2 rather then just the +1. Blessed has a higher chance of succeeding.

2) Yes, there is a chance of the weapon breaking.

Just because an item costs a lot, it doesn't mean that there's less of a chance of it breaking.

However, now there are cash shop items that prevent an item from breaking or being degraded while enhancing. So if you wanted to, you could do that... But you'd have to spend real cash for it, not in-game currency.

the point of paying 30s for a weapon is that it is already enhanced...with stat improvements and greater damage ranges or criticals or whatever. Yeah it may not be all fancy schmancy and glowing like a nuclear reactor but its still more useful then the standard item with a few +x enhancements.
