news about a son

Today I cannot do the news about a son quest for lvl 31. This is where you use soldier's letters and diaries. Is it because I recently turned lvl 47? The Guild Office Guide says I can't do it.

It's a repeatable quest that can be done at any level after you can start doing it. However it has a 24 hour cool down. Please be sure the cool down is gone before attempting to start the quest again.

Hmm... well technically it is still a problem which would fall under troubleshooting since it is a very general word. But no matter. Good information to know. Could also be mistaken for a bug report too.

Thanks for your help. I was able to take the quest today. I must have overlooked the cooldown timer.
