Can't get on my character!!! please help.

Ok so here it goes. i open fiesta launcher and type in my username and password.i select my server. i select my character. and i click enter.there lies the problem. My cleric is in Roumen and i cant logg onto him. when i clikc enter it look slike it working... its loading... then BAM!!! it goes back to the launcher. My cleric is level 24 and i would like to play on him again so if anyone could help me i would really like it. ( btw it happened to my fighter my archer and my mage also !!!)

PLEASE help me.
