Hello,
my problem is that i had an account used only for selling loot and things...drops to be exact. All 3 chars on that acc was low lvl. Recentlly this account was banned (as i was informed in email) for no reason. I DO NOT boot on that account, not using any exploit, or sell silver or something like that (nothing that violate eula). At least if you banned my account, give me a reason for doing that....cause i do not know of any atm.
So i ask politely if this matter can be futher investigated ?
