what is it and how do u use it?

go into your skill menue, then your active skills (bash, heal ect) click on the skill empowerment button on the bottom. then you left click the skill and place it in the empty box in the skill empowerment pop up box.
you can then use skill points (one gained every odd level) to modify your skills. after your dont, click accept (or finish?). to save the changes.

id suggest maxing cool down and sp consumption on heal. bash sp consumption and power as bleed and trip are worthless. when you get invincible add points to buff duration.

It's when you can make a skill more powerful in different ways.
To use it press K and then at the bottom it says skill empowerment click on it and drag the skill you want to empower on the empty box and then click whatever you want to empower like less SP used, more damage caused etc and even if you buy a lvl 2 skill the empowerment will still be there, for example: I empowered a fire ball(1) with damage and then when I bought fire ball (2) the +21 damage is still there on the fire ball(2).
