i have redownloaded the game changed my password and manually downloaded the patch. it still won't let me play. i have windows vista home premium on a hp pavilion dv6000. can any one help?

The 412 Error means that you have an outdated and unsupported version of the Outspark Launcher. You should be able to resolve this issue simply by installing the newest version via our patch. If you are having trouble with the new Outspark Launcher patching automatically patching, you can manually install it with this link:

If you continue to have problems with our patch server, you can send us an email at support@outspark.com and we can then assist you further. When you send the email, could you please include the following details:

1) Your complete computer specifications including your Operating System, Video Card, RAM, and CPU
2) Your Internet Connection speed
3) A screenshot if possible of the error message
4) Your Outspark.exe log file attached to the email

By default, this file is located at

C:\Program Files\Outspark\Launcher\outspark.exe
