2 Broken Level 47 Quests

2 Broken Quests: Level 47.
Quest Name: Smelting Weapons for Fighters; Smelting Mage Weapons.

Both will not let me accept the quest reward.
I would either like this fixed or like the money replaced for what I paid for the quest items from the Smith.

Hi,
I just reached lvl 47 and attempted to do the EQ quests,(or smelting quests I think they are called), but after spending well over 30s on eq and lix's, I attempted to complete the first one and it would not let me collect the reward. There was no "complete Quest" or "next" button to hit.
This was on the warrior Marty quest. Frankly, I'm afraid to try the other 3 right now as game cash is short for me. I have had this problem with one or two other quests, one was with the gaurd master at lvl 45 or 46, but it was no big deal and I figured you guys were working on it.
I would appreciate any help in this matter, whether fixing the bug or maybe just buying back the eq for what I payed to the npc.
I am on Bijou server and my Character name is "Time" lvl 47 cleric.

the mage one is also broken, but the cleric one and the archer one are both fine.
