I want to buy a prepaid card from target or bestbuy but do have to pay tax?

I don't pay tax when I buy them but I guess it might be different where you live.. so I would say probably not.

I live in New York, and prepaid cards do not have taxes on them. You can just drop $10 or $25 down, and yer good to go.

If it's not taxed in NY I would think you're fine.

U sure? Cause my mom keeps saying u have to pay tax on everything D:
