It has come to my attention that there are new players that Do not
know what necro-posting is so i will tell them.
"Necro-posting is digging up old threads that died months to years ago. Please don't necro-post. it is against the Tou. Follow this and refrain for necro-posting.
I've said my piece.

If the forums were 10x more active than they are at the present, then necroing old threads would be a problem. But, seriously, the Windslayer forums are lucky to get 20 posts on a good day. I hardly ever see posts get necroed. Also, the way I see it is when posting on a forum as inactive as this, posting on a thread even 3-4 months old shouldn't even be considered necroing due to the fact it's probably not even on the second page yet.
What I'm trying to say is that this thread is silly.

Geez im just trying to give info to beginners what necro posting is, not u attract people like you funk.
I know that the forums are almost empty half the time and all i see now is novices posting in old threads so i made this post to show them.
If its silly, why post? If its no concern to you, why interfere? Your the one that made this thread silly.

Star, I can leave this forum for a week and there will be like only 3 new posts. As Funky said with the amount of people on here this thread just takes up space and gives people

As far as I know it's due to the developers. There is an announcement somewhere that explains the situation a bit and as far as I know it has not changed.
