Weapon title lesence problem

ok so this keeps on hapening i relog, i wait like a week or something, i reinstalled the client and this is the problem, ok so when i put my weapon in the weapon place and the licence in the licence place and i click the thing to make it start, it writes down, "an unknown error has eccored"

TELL ME WHAT TO DO!!

Make sure you are not on your horse, and that the item is unequipped first. Meaning take it off and put it in inventory before moving it to the license window.

You will get that error from either of the above.
