Ok so you just registered and cant log-in to the game and you're wondering "***!?!?!?"

This game is currently in Closed Beta Testing (CBT for short.)* You cannot log-in because you were not invited by the development team to test out their game yet. If you are not sure if you have been invited or not look at the top banner...Go to "Forums." If you have been invited to CBT Fiesta then you should see*4 categories. Outspark, Fiesta, Closed Beta and Archives. If you DON'T see all 4, you have NOT been invited yet.

Now you're wondering "So when the hell can I play this cool looking game!?!"

CBT phase 2 is comming out on July 25, 2007.*If you're lucky enough to get invited to test the game in phase 2 then thats when you get to play if not, then you need to wait for the next phase (if there is one) or Open Beta (OB for short.)

Now you want to know if there is a special way to get an invite..

NOPE...the development team randomly picks a certain amount of people to test the game.**I repeat..RANDOM.

**So when do they send the next set of invitations???**

Well for CBT Phase*1 there were 2 sets of invitations sent.* A set of invitation was sent around a week before phase 1 started and another set was sent around a week after it started.*If things go the same way it did for phase 1 then we should be getting invitations about a week before Phase 2 starts, and if you don't get one then please be patient and wait for another week.* Please make good use of the "News and Announcements" section of the forums and keep checking for updates.

You may or may not be wondering "Who the hell are you and why are you doing this?"

Im one of the unlucky *******s that signed up too late and didn't get drafted to CBT Fiesta...and im doing this because im bored as hell and thought*I might as well myself usefull to the community..and im afraid of gangsters waiting in the bushes to rob people at 2am in the morning...Seriously though..people have been creating too many new threads on the forums asking the same questions over and over again. Hopefully this will save us the trouble of answering the same questions every few hours.* Active members*I ask that you please bump this thread so new people will see it and hopefully read it.* And if you guys think I should add some more*information please let me know.

There was someone else already that made this and I'll say it again, it's nice if it's stickied. But then again it isn't too helpful except for Censor-Hasuke on his first post above me.

But most people... almost every person that creates a topic about why can't they connect simply doesn't check other topics, announcements. NOTHING. All they do is click &quot;Create new topic&quot; and go from there. They will not read this post even if they get a pop-up message about it in bold, italic and underlined messaged READ BEFORE ENTERING IMPORTANT INFORMATION. They simply won't read it because they're not like that (more nice way of putting it). Untill you pass them the link to the topic, they'll CONSIDER reading it. Even then it won't always happen.

So once again, great post but not so useful topic (except for those selected few like Censor-Hasuke). ^_^

i understand what you're saying...i wrote this thinking that some new people might not even bother reading this and just start calling out for help without even trying to help themselves.* But then again there some people out there that actually read around the forums first.* And this is all the information new people are gonna be looking for in ONE page.* Even if they ask for help before they read this, it will save them the time of looking through the whole forums for everything else they want to know.

Well the only dates you should trust are the dates given by the GMs in the News and Announcements section of the forums.* Im not saying that people here cant be trusted, its just that there is no way anyone can know that unless its been said by a GM.

crest, the only statement that was with July 20th (or so). Was probably me with my lucky draw. I did state there that it's completely unofficial and just a lucky guess. But it is end of this month from what they say, so around the 20th isn't a bad guess at all.

Heh I picked up Eq2 been playing on the Everfrost server. I am not very hyped about cb2 unless they happen to up the exp and equipment drop rate, as well as fix that horrible bloody filter the game uses.

Actually there were two waves of Invites for CB1. First wave before it started and a second wave on June 27th*about one week into it.(I recieved my invite at:2007/06/27 Wed AM 11:45:04 EDT) I was part of that second wave hehe.So, if you don't get an invite at the beginning of CB2 don't dispare. Ok Eclipse, mister bigshot. The topic was one of the things that was really useful before the e-mail about launchdate. You'd just copy paste the link and the newbie would be happy. Sure it's outdated now. But people don't get linked to it now anymore.

But this topic has been more useful than any of your posts.

So you may be annoyed about how useless this outdated topic is. (It's 2 weeks old and it's in beta)

I am more annoyed by the fact that you don't prove yourself being useful at all while still talking shi* about other people. So before looking at other people's flaws, look at your own first please.

Some topics are just simply not consisting correct information anymore. This is logical in a phase where loads of changes are. I mean, in games that have been running openly for like 2 months you can expect a 2 week old topic to be pretty up to date. But in closed betas you simply can't expect that. If you are expecting that, then you shouldn't be in closed betas.

So before you post anything again, think about what you post first before actually posting.

Umm....Yes, the post was useful but not what I was looking for, but it helped me in*another way.

well here's a link to the info you need... http://outspark.com/node/1300 ("/node/1300")*your computer will be able to handle it maybe a bit laggy since your RAM is in the minimum requirements.* But I think it should be ok.* You shouldnt have any problems downloading, RAM shouldnt affect that at all...but if you do have problems...get a download manager just google it.

Ok, you said that if I click on Forum at the top of the screen that if I had been invited to test the game I should see Outspark, Fiesta, and Archives.* Well, I checked and I saw all three of them, but when I tried to download the game it said I need an invite to do so.* I got my registration comfirmation email but nothing else.* So now what do I do?

Suramii sorry for that I've been trying to figure it out and now I think i know what it is...there are 4 categories if you have been invited, the 4th is &quot;Closed Beta&quot; if you dont see that category then you you havent been invited for CBT2.**they might send more invitations like they did in the first phase...but im not sure...but they might...but if they dont i suggest you wait for the nest phase...its actually a good game and it is worth the wait in my opinion.* About the download managers...get one if you have problems downloading like if you keep getting disconnected during the download...its a helpful program in that case because you can continue the download instead of starting over.
